EDS Edmonton is now excepting applications for 3 positions! 1 Team Lead and 2 Outreach Workers are needed for the Winter Relief Program.

WINTER RELIEF TEAM LEAD
Position summary: The Team Lead will provide on-site supervision for the EDS Winter Relief program in Edmonton, as well as carrying out some planning and administrative tasks to ensure that appropriate and meaningful assistance is provided to street involved clients.

QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate will have obtained a high school diploma or equivalency. Prior experience working with homeless and working poor populations preferred.

WORKING HOURS: 6PM TO 12AM, SATURDAY TO THURSDAY

WINTER RELIEF OUTREACH WORKER
Position summary: The Outreach Worker will be familiar with services provided by The Salvation Army and other agencies that are available to street involved clients in Edmonton, providing referrals as appropriate. They will also assist in preparing and serving food and distributing other forms of assistance.

QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate will have obtained a high school diploma or equivalency. Prior experience working with homeless and working poor populations preferred.

WORKING HOURS: 6PM TO 12AM, SATURDAY TO THURSDAY
